Revised  Employees' State Insurance (Central) Rules,1950

Medical Benefit For Dependent Under The Employees State Insurance (Central) Rules,1950 Increased.

Government of India in consultation with Employees' State Insurance Corporation vide notification no G.S.R. 599(E) had amended rule 61-A of The Employees' State Insurance (Central) Rules,1950 where income limit of medical benefit for dependent parents has been increased to nine thousand rupees from earlier limit of five thousand rupees.
